Site survey & brief

Extensions start with the ground: strip or trench fill foundations, raft or piled solutions depending on soil and load, plus correct damp proof courses and sub‑soil drainage. Structural work covers blockwork, brickwork, RC lintels or steel beams, and the roof tie‑in. Internal work follows a practical sequence — floor screed (I’m Liquid Screed certified), insulation, plastering, joinery and final finishes to create usable living space that matches the existing home.
